I'm married to Lori and we have five wonderful kids and one son-in-law! As a family, we love to cook together, take long hikes and work on projects around the house. I love almost all sports and also working with my hands - from cooking to construction projects! I knew I wanted to be a pastor when I was 13 years old! I studied at Bethel College and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. I love leading a team and being part of a church that is excited to join God in His mission in this world, starting in our own backyard. Studying and teaching the Bible to the end that we live it is a huge joy. What really makes for a great day is sharing the gospel with someone who is far from God.

My hope for Door Creek Church is that we would love each other deeply and see that love transform our city.
